Gravitair! What we wish to accomplish in the long term!

Here is a quick overview of our service and how it will effect people.

You probably pay between 6 and 9˘ per kilowatt hour for basic energy - ours would be 3˘ and the cost would be anywhere from 2˘ to half a cent per kilowatt hour. Our numbers show 0.5˘ is the number we will realize and this number may go down as well as up as our Testing and Evaluation is completed.

Although the timeline is pretty much as I have stated here on the site it begins upon the funding necessary for us to quit our jobs and do this full time. This effects others more than myself and we will cross this bridge when we get there.

We hope to break ground within the next few months and then we can bring this product/service to market.

For now we wish to complete the next few steps and and afford us the ability to turn this into an international power production company with a captured production method.

Should we be right about this, we estimate that each major plant will generate a billion dollars in revenue per year. If we are being paid to build and run the power plants while being paid a royalty fee per usage our endeavor should do quite well... and at only an average of an 85% load being sold the plants look capable of paying themselves off in two to three years.

That is incredible... projects of this magnitude with a CAP rate of 2 or 3 is practically unheard of.
